FH25 - More than a client: WING

We have had many clients within the Wallis network, but now we highlight one of them: the construction of the WING (formerly Wallis Real Estate) brand, which is one of our personal favorites.
The challenge
At the time of the launch of Wallis Real Estate, the market was noisy, multi-player. Wallis Real Estate therefore had to not only be visible, but also to find its own unique position:
🔹a new player but a reliable, diversified partner with a strong understanding of the domestic market,
🔹offers a complex portfolio,
🔹quality developers who have thought about the investments that define the architecture of the city.
The solution
Innovative, pioneering communication architecture.
WING's own real estate market index: GKI—WING Business Outlook Indicator
🔹Developed jointly with a professional partner, such was not previously published on the market quarterly under our own brand;
🔹we communicated on several levels (press, VIP partners, investors, professional circles), with different content details;
🔹regularly thematized the news cycle on the real estate market and promoted the company's leaders to a thought leadership position.
🔹Moreover, this content system was sustainable and long-term; in a couple of years the number of annual publications increased from 100 to around 2000.
Diversity of the Wing portfolio
One of the strengths of our communication was that we made the entire Wallis Real Estate portfolio visible, strengthening the entire brand. As a result, Wallis Real Estate appeared in communication not as “a developer”, but as a complex real estate ecosystem spanning many industries.
Expert building of leaders - innovative approaches to topics, proactivity
Thanks to the long-term partnership, we have brought topics that have not been thematized so far, and as a result of continuous appearances, the managers have become known, sought after and referenced in the Hungarian economic and real estate market media.
The result
The birth and rise of a new real estate developer brand. Our decades-long work with them is still a model of how to build an entire company in a communicative sense, position it and put it on a growth trajectory.
And why did we love this job? We were able to try real professional innovation, we were able to work on a lot of projects, all of them presented a different mix of tasks and challenges. We have always been seen as partners. The story of WING is a slice of our history and one of the most important evidence in 25 years that strategic communication does not serve — it builds.
Thank you for working together!
