As a leading and innovative expert in financial awareness and education, OTP Bank is a strategic partner of Brain Bar. A key objective of its 2023 presence was to reinforce OTP Bank’s vision as "the leading bank of the digital age."
However, a study conducted in the first quarter of 2023 among 16–23-year-olds with existing banking relationships revealed that while this age group perceives OTP Bank as youthful and modern, standing out required a unique, engaging initiative. The campaign had to incorporate an innovative, forward-thinking, and future-proof approach into its communication.
Young people tend to have a pessimistic outlook on their financial future—although they recognise the importance of financial awareness, many feel that achieving their dreams is out of reach. To address this, we shaped the campaign messages to provide encouragement and support.
We designed and executed OTP Bank’s activation at the 2023 Brain Bar event. The stand’s centrepiece was an interactive QR code scavenger hunt, allowing visitors to navigate through personalised pathways. Additionally, using AI technology, we created digital postcards (e-cards) featuring each participant along with their future aspirations, which were then emailed to them.
